The wedding is fast approaching and we still have a few details to tie up!

We have arranged to have the rehearsal dinner on Friday night (7/4) at Hechizo. Everyone who will be attending (or thinks they will be attending), you have your choice of one of these entrees:

• Marinated Angus Beef Arrachera
  on Mashed Potatoes, Chile Poblano Rajas and Red Wine Jus
• Chilean Sea Bass on Potato
  Confit, Sauteed Spinach, Veal Jus and White Truffle Paste

Please let me know in the comments here or email me (ghelmling AT gmail dot com), which entree you would like. I MUST get this to Hechizo by this Friday (6/13), so please let me know what you would like.

If I do not hear from you I will assume you want the beef, so please let me know if you want the fish!
